The article goes on to report Islamic Circle of North America’s ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.

Grok reports that in early 2025 the Trump administration halted U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) and stopped paying Catholic Charities.  Effects on Catholic Charities (including in Kansas)

•    National level: Federal grants tied to these programs dropped sharply. USCCB refugee program funding fell substantially (one report noted a drop from around $180 million to roughly $72 million in the relevant period). The conference has discontinued its resettlement services as a result and adjusted budgets and staffing accordingly. New refugee admissions remain heavily restricted.⁠Catholicdaily

•    Kansas specifically: Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas reported a loss of nearly $5 million in federal funding, leading to staff reductions, scaled-back refugee programs, and an exit from the New Roots farm-training program (with Cultivate KC continuing aspects of it). They have continued limited support for already-settled clients (food pantries, some case management, employment help, etc.) using private donations, parish support, and remaining resources. Southwest Kansas affiliates also faced unpaid reimbursements and program impacts.⁠Kansascity

So where is Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas securing the funding to bring Afghan Muslims migrants to Kansas and America at large?

A large portion of the current funding most likely comes from Islamist organizations while a smaller portion likely comes from leftists who want to change America for the worst.  A Catholic funding case in point, Islamist and Sharia run Qatar has given close to $1 BILLION to the Catholic owned Georgetown University. 
 
Islamists who immigrate to the United States have no interest in assimilating and adopting America values.  Islamist creeds are antithetical to the US Constitution which they want to replace with Sharia.
