Jihadwatch.org published an article titled:  UK: 95% of rape gang members were Muslims, they justified their acts by references to Islam.  The article reports in part:

‘Islamic motivations of rape jihad, theological aspects of Islam’

In a major departure from the prevalent approach of downplaying the religious drivers of the child sexual exploitation by Pakistani and other Muslim rape gangs, the Rupert Lowe-chaired Rape Gang Inquiry explicitly details the Islamic motivations of rape jihad.

“Perpetrators from Pakistani Muslim and other Muslim backgrounds operated under an honour and shame-based clan code that treated non-Muslim girls, especially white working-class girls, as property available for sexual use. This pattern was reinforced by eight theological and legal aspects of Islam,” the report states.  These include the doctrine of Muslim superiority drawn from Quranic verses that position Muslims at the top with a duty to correct non-believers.  The gang members’ justification for their crimes can be found in the Islamic principles of loyalty and disavowal known as al-walā’ wa-l-barā’.  It demands ... a system of sex slavery that authorizes sexual relations with non-Muslim captives, and religiously sanctioned social hierarchy that subjugates conquered non-Muslims.  These elements, filtered through clannish immigrant sub-cultures, provided religious justification that enabled the systematic rape and even slaughter of White British girls.

Are Muslim gang rapes occurring in the United States?

This report on X.com alleges that “Salt Lake City has been caught covering up a Muslim rape gang problem. When confronted, they stopped publishing records and mugshots entirely.”
    
There most likely have been and will be more Muslim gang rapes in the United States that Americans will never learn about.  Here are some reasons why the American public will most likely not learn about many of these crimes:
 
•    The leftist media in America will censor and cover up Muslim gang rapes just like they do with terror and fraud related cases involving Muslim perpetrators.  

•    CAIR and other Islamist organizations will use strong arm tactics to intimidate local law enforcement officials to dismiss, or go easy and not publicize Muslim gang rape cases. 

•    Some local prosecutors are likely to reduce charges or sentences out of fear of racism or Islamophobia accusations. 

Prosecution by the US Department of Justice provides the best chance to deterring Muslim gang rapes in America especially if it adds “hate crime” motivation  to these assaults.  There is clearly a basis for adding hate crime offense when Muslims are raping non-Muslim girls based upon eight theological and legal aspects of Islam.  Hate crime motivation adds a 3-level increase to the offense level of an underlying federal felony.   Instead of adding a fixed number of months or years directly, the 3-level bump moves a defendant higher up on the federal sentencing grid.
