Former FBI Director, James Comey, oversaw Russiagate which falsely attacked and impaired the first Trump administration.   Comey was a top leader of the corrupt deep state which is maliciously biased in the application of the law.  A Virginia federal grand jury indicted former FBI Director James Comey on September 25, 2025. He was charged with one count of making a false statement and one count of obstruction of a congressional proceeding, relating to his 2020 testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding Russiagate.

Letitia James, Attorney General for the State of New York, was indicted on October 9, 2025, by a federal grand jury in Virginia. The indictment includes two counts: one for bank fraud and one for making false statements to a financial institution.  Letitia James worked with Biden deep state officials in her bogus prosecution of her frivolous civil case against Donald Trump.

A Maryland grand jury indicted former Trump national security adviser John Bolton on October 16, 2025 for unlawful handling of classified and top secret documents.

There are big differences between the deep state cases filed against Donald Trump and the cases filed against James Comey, Letitia James and John Bolton.  The deep state coordinated their cases with the goal of putting Trump in jail, ruining him financially and hurting him politically as he ran for Office of the President again in 2024.  Additionally, the deep state cases were based upon frivolous allegations.  The three deep state cases that the Trump Department of Justice have filed are based upon real violations of federal law.

I deeply appreciate the Department of Justice prosecution of real crimes committed by deep state players.  It is encouraging to know that your office is holding former and current government officials lawfully accountable for their unlawful acts against the American people.  I urge you to continue with your no one is above the law prosecution of other deep state players whose unlawful acts hurt our great Republic.
