Circle K Stores, together with their sister companies Couche-Tard, Mac's and Bigfoot comprises the Largest Convenience Store Chain in America that sells pornography.

During the past seventeen years Florida Family Association has influenced approximately 20,000 retail locations to stop selling pornographic magazines.  The chains that makeup these 20,000 retail locations include:  7 Eleven, Albertson Supermarkets, Amoco Split Second, Cumberland Farms, Country Cupboard, EZ Serve, Farm Stores, Handy, Kash n Karry, Lil Champ, Majik Mart, Race Trac, Ready Food Stores, Rite Aid, Sav-A-Ton, Sprint, Starvin Marvin, Swifty Mart, Swifty Serve, Texaco Food Marts and Tom Thumb Food Stores.  Additionally, Eckerd Drugs, Handy Way, Rite Aid and all major oil companies have a policy not to sell pornographic magazines at their corporately owned locations.

Circle K Stores is the only major convenience store chain in Florida that still sells pornographic magazines.  Circle K Stores, together with their sister companies Couche-Tard, Mac's and Bigfoot comprises the Largest Convenience Store Chain in America that sells pornography.

Alimentation Couche-Tard, Inc., a French-Canadian company, owns Circle K Stores, Couche-Tard, Big Foot, and Macs stores which make up close to 5,000 convenience stores.  Couche-Tard stores sell Penthouse, Playboy and similar magazines involving full nudity and sexually explicit conduct.

Florida Family Association encourages citizens to avoid shopping at Circle K Stores, Couche-Tard, Mac's and Bigfoot until they stop selling pornographic magazines such as Penthouse and Playboy.  This action issue does not apply to Circle K Stores that are owned by ConocoPhillips in California, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington which do not sell these magazines.

My family and I urge your company to stop selling Penthouse, Playboy and other pornographic magazines that contain pictures involving full nudity and sexually explicit conduct.

I will not patronize Circle K Stores, Couche-Tard, Mac's and Bigfoot as long as your company sells Penthouse, Playboy and similar magazines involving full nudity and sexually explicit conduct.
 
I will encourage my family and friends to patronize other stores that do not sell pornography.
