During the past 23 years Florida Family Association has influenced approximately 35,000 retail locations to stop selling pornographic magazines under the following company names:

• 7 Eleven
• Albertsons
• Amoco Split Second
• Cumberland Farms
• Farm Stores
• Handy Foods
• Kash n' Karry
• Lil Champ
• RaceTrac
• Sprint
• Starvin Marvin
• Texaco Food Mart
• The Pantry

Additionally, all major oil companies with the exception of Shell Oil have a policy not to sell pornographic magazines at their corporately owned locations.

Circle K Stores is the only major convenience store chain in Florida that still sells pornographic magazines.

Alimentation Couche-Tard, Inc., a French-Canadian company, owns approximately 2,800 Circle K Stores in North America which sell Penthouse, Playboy and similar magazines involving full nudity and sexually explicit conduct.  Additionally, another 969 Circle K Stores are owned by other companies including 321 Circle K Stores that are owned by ConocoPhillips in California, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington.   The Circle K Stores owned by ConocoPhillips do NOT sell pornographic magazines.

Florida Family Association encourages citizens to avoid shopping at Circle K Stores, until they stop selling pornographic magazines such as Penthouse and Playboy.  This action issue does not apply to Circle K Stores that are owned by ConocoPhillips in California, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington which do not sell these magazines.
